CAUSE: You directed the Compiler to generate an IBIS Output File (.ibs) for performing board-level signal integrity verification of Altera devices with other EDA tools, and then compiled the project. The Quartus Prime software found the specified syntax error on the specified line in the specified file in the \quartus\eda\ibis directory. The IBIS model file is necessary for creating the IBIS Output File.
