ID:11692 Design cannot be fitted into HSSI strip. <number> pma_aux_blocks under reference clocks set: <text>, exceed the HSSI strip capacity of <number>.

CAUSE: Too many pma_aux_blocks set for a reference clock.

ACTION: Modify the design to ensure channels fed by the same reference clock are controlled by not more than two pma_aux blocks.
