ID:196001 Run either Fitter or I/O Assignment Analysis with top-level entity name <Top-level entity name> before generating HSPICE model files with EDA Netlist Writer

CAUSE: You ran the Compiler to generate an HSPICE Output File (.sp) for board-level signal integrity verification of Altera devices with other EDA tools. However, to generate an HSPICE Output File, you must first run the Fitter or run I/O Assignment Analysis before the Quartus Prime software can generate the HSPICE model file.

ACTION: Please run the Fitter or I/O Assignment Analysis.
