ID:16640 You cannot tap nodes in different partial reconfiguration regions with the same SignalTap II instance. Change your design so that for each SignalTap II instance all the taps are contained on one side of a partial reconfiguration region boundary. The following nodes and their respective partitions were requested for SignalTap II instance <instance>: <node_spec>

CAUSE: User attempted to tap nodes on both sides of a Partial Reconfiguration boundary.

ACTION: Please limit all taps for a given SignalTap instance to stay within either a static region or a Partial Reconfiguration region.
