ID:186402 Can't place DQ I/O pin "<name>" to any location that also satisfies the location constraints of double data rate pin group to which this DQ I/O belongs

CAUSE: The Fitter could not place the specified double data rate (DDR) pin group.

ACTION: If the specified DQ I/O has a user-assigned location constraint, remove it or remove the location constraint on one or more of the other I/O pins in the DDR pin group.
