ID:186135 XGMII state machine atom "<name>" exists in same quad as GXB transmitter PLL "<name>" but no GXB transmitter channels exist, and all rxanalogreset signals are connected. This is illegal

CAUSE: The specified XGMII state machine atom exists in a quad that contains the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter PLL but no gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter channels, and all rxanalogreset signals are connected. This configuration is illegal because the specified GXB transmitter PLL powers down when all the rxanalogreset signals are simultaneously asserted on the specified XGMII state machine atom. This behavior is not supported in simulation.

ACTION: Modify the design to remove the rxanalogreset signals on the specified XGMII state machine atom or ensure that the GXB transmitter PLL is used only to train the clock recovery unit of a GXB receiver.
