ID:186495 DQS I/O pin "<name>" requires a system clock that uses DLL "<name>" but the DQS I/O pin and the DLL are assigned to conflicting logical partitions

CAUSE: Do not assign a DQS I/O pin and the DLL used for the DQS I/O pin's system clock to different logical partitions.

ACTION: Modify the design to have the DLL atom and the DQS I/O pin in the same logical partition or restructure your logical partitions.
