ID:186362 Can't place enhanced PLL "<name>" because its inclk0 pin "<name>" is assigned to I/O location (<name>) that can feed only inclk1 port of PLL

CAUSE: You assigned the specified inclk0 pin of the specified enhanced PLL to a specified I/O location that can feed only the inclk1 port of the PLL. The Fitter cannot place the PLL.

ACTION: Change the location assignment for the I/O pin or delete the assignment.
