ID:186261 Can't place <name> PLL "<name>" in PLL location <name> because PLL is already assigned to PLL location <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified fast PLL or enhanced PLL to the specified PLL location. The Fitter, however, cannot place the PLL in the PLL location because the PLL is already assigned to the second specified PLL location in the device.

ACTION: Delete or modify the location assignment for the PLL.
