CAUSE: You assigned different differential I/O standards to the differential I/O pins that are driven by the specified fast PLL. All differential I/O pins driven by the specified fast PLL must have the same I/O standard.
ACTION: Change the assignments so that all differential I/O pins driven by the specified fast PLL have the same differential I/O standard.
