CAUSE: Not all of the dedicated SERDES transmitters or receivers driven by the specified fast PLL have the same data width. All dedicated SERDES transmitters or receivers driven by a fast PLL must have the same data width.
ACTION: Change the data widths of the dedicated transmitters or receivers driven by the fast PLL so that they match by using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager and setting the deserialization factor.
