CAUSE: Not all of the dedicated SERDES receivers driven by the specified fast PLL have the same dynamic phase alignment mode. This error may occur when you manually edit design files. All the dedicated SERDES receivers driven by a fast PLL must have the same dynamic phase alignment mode.
ACTION: Use the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to change the dynamic phase alignment modes of the dedicated receivers driven by the fast PLL so that they match, rather than manually editing design files.
