CAUSE: cruclk signal, cruclk period, and cruclk multiplier on the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel must be the same on all the receiver channels in the same quad.
ACTION: Modify the design or delete the location assignment to the GXB receiver channel so that its cruclk signal, cruclk period and cruclk multiplier are the same as used in other receiver channels in the same quad.
