CAUSE: The specified division value for the specified fast PLL has the specified division value. However, the division value must be the same the same as the deserialization value for the differential I/O nodes.
ACTION: Modify the design to change either the division value for the fast PLL or the deserialization value for the differential I/O nodes. Altera recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager to set the deserialization factor, and automatically compute the division value.
