CAUSE: The specified atom feeds the inclk or cruclk ports of the following gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter PLLs or GXB receiver channels with inconsistent predivider settings.
ACTION: Change the design to use a different clock source for GXB transmitter PLLs or GXB receiver PLLs that have a different predivider setting, or modify all the predivider settings so they are the same.
