CAUSE: The specified atom feeds the inclk ports of the following gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter PLLs with inconsistent DC coupling settings.
ACTION: Change the design to use a different clock source for GXB transmitter PLLs that have a different DC coupling setting, or change all the DC coupling settings so they are the same.
