CAUSE: You directed the Fitter to select a target device for the current design, and specified the devices from which you want the Fitter to select the target device. However, the design has a UFM block that does not fit in any of the devices you specified.
ACTION: Change the UFM address width or specify different devices. To avoid receiving this message in the future, Altera recommends using the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager , to instantiate the UFM block in the device, rather than manually editing the text file.
