ID:186317 Location assignment for <name> I/O pin "<name>" is illegal -- location must be a <name> I/O pin in device

CAUSE: You made a location assignment for the specified DQS I/O or DQ I/O pin. However, the Fitter cannot place the DQS or DQ I/O pin the assigned location. The location must be a DQS or DQ I/O pin in the device.

ACTION: Change or delete the location assignment.
