CAUSE: The Fitter cannot promote the specified node to use the specified global type, but one or more of its destinations must use the specified global type. This may occur as a result of constraining the global signal routing for flows such as incremental compilation.
ACTION: Do not preserve global signal routing so that the Fitter can ignore the global type.
