ID:186505 GXB transmitter channel <name> in GIGE mode has serial clock frequency <name> (data rate of <number> Mbps), but the only allowed serial clock frequency is <name> (data rate of <number> Mbps)

CAUSE: The specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter channel in GIGE mode has the specified serial clock frequency and data rate. When in GIGE mode, the only valid serial clock frequency and data rate for a GXB transmitter are the specified serial clock frequency and data rate.

ACTION: Modify the design to change the data rate of the GXB transmitter.
