CAUSE: You either used the altdqs megafunction or assigned the DQS Phase Shift and DQS Frequency logic options to the specified DQS I/O pin. However, the fan-out of the combout port of the DQS I/O pin is not the input clock port of a DDIO bidirectional pin. All combout port fan-outs must be to the inout clock port of DDIO bidirectional pins.
ACTION: Modify the design so that all combout ports fan-out to the input clock port of DDIO bidirectional pins that have their input registers implemented in the I/O (not LCells); or delete the DQS Phase Shiftand DQS Frequency logic option assignments on the DQS I/O pin.
