CAUSE: The specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel uses an equalizer setting of 1 or 3, which is available only for production devices. However, the FOR_ENGINEERING_SAMPLE_DEVICE parameter value is set to TRUE. The value TRUE cannot be used with an equalizer setting of 1 or 3.
ACTION: Modify the design to set the FOR_ENGINEERING_SAMPLE_DEVICE parameter value to FALSE, or choose a different equalizer setting.
