CAUSE: You assigned the DQS Phase Shift , DQS Frequency , and DQS Input Reference Clock logic options to the specified DQS I/O pin. However, the DQS input reference clock of the specified DQS I/O pin is not an input clock pin. The DQS input reference clock must be an input clock pin in the same partition as the DQS I/O pin. For projects created prior to 2.1 SP1, you must add DQS Input Reference Clock assignments to each DQS pin. The value of the specified DQS pin must be the name of the input clock signal (design pin name), which should be considered as the system clock for the DQ/DQS interface.
ACTION: Change the DQS Input Reference Clock logic option assignment to use an input clock pin in the same partition as the DQS I/O.
