CAUSE: You did not assign the DQS I/O pin as a DDIO output pin.
ACTION: Assign the DQS I/O pin as a DDIO output pin. Altera recommends that you use the MegaWizard Plug_in Manager to edit the ALTDDIO_OUT megafunction for the DQS pin, rather than manually editing the text file for the megafunction.
