CAUSE: You assigned the specified DQS or DQ I/O pins referenced by the same system clock to different sides of the device. DQS and DQ I/O pins referenced by the same system clock must be placed on the same side of the device.
ACTION: Modify the location assignments so that all DQS and DQ I/O pins referenced by the same system clock are placed on the same side of the device.
