ID:186343 DQS I/O pin "<name>" must have a combinational output port to the device

CAUSE: The specified DQS I/O pin does not have a combinational output port to the device, or the combinational output port does not have any fan-out.

ACTION: Modify the design so that the DQS I/O pin has a combinational output port connected to a DQ I/O pin as the input clock.
