ID:186351 <name> pin "<name>" is missing an input connection on its outclk input port

CAUSE: The specified DQS I/O or DQ I/O pin does not have an output clock. DQS and DQ I/O pins must have a clock connected to the output clock input port.

ACTION: Modify the design so that the specified DQS or DQ I/O pin has a clock feeding the output clock input port.
