CAUSE: The specified DQS I/O pin is referenced by a different system clock than the system clock that is connected by the altdqs megafunction. The DQS I/O pin can only be referenced by one system clock.
ACTION: Delete the DQS Input Reference Clock logic option on the DQS I/O pin. In general, the DQS Phase Shift , DQS Frequency , and DQS Input Reference Clock logic options are ignored if you use the altdqs megafunction.
