CAUSE: You made location assignments for some of the nodes in a cascade chain that starts with the specified node. However, the Fitter cannot place the cascade chain due to conflicting assignments on multiple nodes in the cascade chain. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display details about the cascade chain and the nodes with location assignments.
ACTION: Delete some of the location assignments for nodes in the cascade chain.
