CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified node. The node is part of a cascade chain and one or more nodes in the cascade chain have location assignments. Assignments for other nodes in the cascade chain do not allow the specified node to be placed in a logic element. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display details.
ACTION: Delete location assignments on the nodes that cause location assignments for other nodes in the cascade chain.
