CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified node in the specified location. The node is part of a cascade chain and one or more nodes in the cascade chain has location assignments that prevent the specified node from being placed. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display details.
ACTION: Delete location assignments on the nodes in the cascade chain that cause location constraints on the specified node.
