CAUSE: You assigned the specified node to a location, but the Fitter cannot place the specified node. The node is part of a carry chain and one or more nodes in the carry chain have location assignments. Conflicting assignments on the nodes in the rest of the carry chain prevent the specified node from being placed. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display details about the node.
ACTION: Delete location assignments on some of the nodes in the carry chain.
