CAUSE: The specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel has an INFINIBAND_INVALID_CODE parameter that is not set to 0. This feature is not enabled when the specified license is in effect.
ACTION: Modify the design to set the INFINIBAND_INVALID_CODE parameter for the GXB receiver channel to 0, or obtain a valid license file from the Licensing section of the Altera web site, which is available at www.altera.com/licensing.html, and specify the license file in the Quartus Prime software.
