CAUSE: The specified on-chip termination (OCT) and band-gap circuitry for the specified GXB receiver channel.
ACTION: Update the design so that the cruclk for the specified GXB receiver channel is trained from a GXB transmitter PLL or modify location assignments on the specified GXB receiver channel or its data input pins (if location assignments exist).
