CAUSE: The specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel has the FIFOALMOSTFULL and/or FIFOALMOSTEMPTY ports connected. This connection cannot be used when the specified license is in effect.
ACTION: Modify the design to ensure that the specified GXB receiver channel does not have these signals connected, or obtain a valid license file from the Licensing section of the Altera web site, which is available at www.altera.com/licensing.html, and specify the license file in the Quartus Prime software.
