ID:186179 Can't place GXB transmitter or receiver channel "<name>" to location <name> because the corresponding quad of the location is disabled due to I/O coupling problem caused by I/O pin "<name>" placed at location <name>

CAUSE: You assigned the specified I/O pin to the specified location. Due to this assignment, one of the quads is disabled due to I/O coupling problem caused by the specified I/O pin. Therefore the Fitter cannot place the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter or receiver channel at the specified location which belongs to the disabled quad.

ACTION: Assign the specified I/O pin to a different location or assign the GXB transmitter or receiver channel to a different quad.
