CAUSE: You assigned the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter or receiver channel to the specified location in the device. However, the Fitter cannot place the GXB transmitter or receiver channel at the specified location because that location is already occupied by another node.
ACTION: Delete or modify the location assignment for the specified node, or select a larger device.
