CAUSE: The Fitter cannot place the specified cruclk signal at the specified pin location because the pin location is in a different channels fed by the specified cruclk signal. If the cruclk signal is placed in this quad, the cruclk calibration and GXB receiver channel band-gap circuits will not function properly.
ACTION: Assign the cruclk signal to a pin location that is in the same quad as the GXB receiver channels fed by the cruclk signal.
