CAUSE: You included the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel in the current design. However, the Fitter cannot place the GXB receiver channel at the specified location because the location does not accept GXB receivers.
ACTION: Assign the GXB receiver channel to a legal location that accepts GXB receivers.
