ID:186457 Can't place WRITE ENABLE register "<name>" of GXB receiver channel "<name>" at REGION_X<number>_Y<number>_X<number>_Y<number> due to conflicting location assignments

CAUSE: You assigned the specified WRITE ENABLE register of the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) receiver channel at the specified LogicLock region to a location. The Fitter needs to place the register in the specified region to satisfy a timing requirement. However, the Fitter cannot place the register at the region due to conflicting location assignments on the register. This may result in non-optimal timing.

ACTION: Assign the specified register to a location within the specified region or delete the location assignment.
