CAUSE: You assigned the specified gigabit transceiver block (GXB) transmitter or receiver channel to the specified location in the device. However, the Fitter cannot place the GXB transmitter or receiver channel at the specified location due conflicting location assignments.
ACTION: Assign the specified GXB transmitter or receiver channel to another location or delete the conflicting location assignments.
