CAUSE: You selected a target device for the current project. However, the Fitter cannot place all the general-purpose I/O pins within the target device because the project requires more general-purpose I/O pins than the target device contains.
ACTION: Select a larger target device or reduce the number of general-purpose I/O pins in the project. You can also reduce the number of general-purpose I/O pins used in the project by turning on the Virtual Pin logic option.
