CAUSE: The seed noise reduction feature is an experimental prototype enabled only on a Linux operating system (OS). The Quartus Prime software is currently running in a non-Linux operating system.
ACTION: To enable this feature, either disable the reduce_stochastic_noise INI if you are compiling on a non-Linux OS, or run the Quartus Prime software in a Linux OS.
