ID:176710 M144K does not support dual-port mode and different clocks on the inputs of each port for the selected Stratix IV engineering sample migration device. See the Stratix IV Errata Sheet for more information.

CAUSE: The design specifies a Stratix IV engineering sample device as the migration device. The specified M144K uses dual-port mode and different input clocks on each port.
