CAUSE: You assigned the specified DSP block 18-bit multiplier to the specified location, but the specified index is illegal for 18-bit multipliers, which can only be assigned to index 0.
ACTION: Assign the multiplier to a different location, or modify the design to make this multiplier a 9-bit multiplier, which should fit in this index.
