CAUSE: You assigned nodes of a DSP block slice to an invalid location . You may have assigned a node of the DSP block slice to a location causing other nodes of that slice to fall in invalid locations. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display details about why the Quartus Prime software could not place the nodes.
ACTION: Assign the nodes in the slice to a different location.
