CAUSE: You assigned the specified node of the specified type to a location that conflicts with the locations of other nodes in the DSP block slice. The node must be assigned to a location consistent with other nodes in the DSP block slice.
ACTION: Assign the node, or the other nodes in the structure, to a different location, so that all location assignments for nodes in the DSP block slice are consistent with each other.
