CAUSE: You assigned cells of different modes to the specified half-block of the specified DSP block, but only cells with the same mode can be assigned to the same DSP half-block.
ACTION: Assign some of the cells in the DSP block to a different location, or modify the design so that all cells assigned to the DSP block have the same mode.
