CAUSE: You assigned the specified number of DSP block slices of the specified mode to the specified DSP block, but only the specified number of slices are allowed.
ACTION: Assign some of the slices assigned to this DSP block to a different location, so that the number of slices assigned to the DSP block is does not exceed the number of slices allowed.
