CAUSE: You assigned logic cells to the specified DSP block that use too many of the specified signals to fit in the DSP block. Click the + icon to expand this message in the Messages window or Messages section of the Report window to display a list of the signals.
ACTION: Change the location assignment of some of the logic cells assigned to the DSP block, or reduce the use of the signals so that the cells fit in the DSP block.
